Create New Prov or New Configurations Settings depending on your Phone with the IP and Port below.
IP: 010.071.170.005
PORT: 8080
Then Open your Ucweb Browser, Leave Everything Blank.
PROXy SERVER: Select HTTP or HOST
Put this in Proxy: www.etisalat.com.ng
=> #Dont_Dull, It Browse Fast and Download well also.. Just finish downloading Ghost Rider Spirit of Vengeance 3 713MB now with ucweb using this same Tweak i Posted for you all.
